Mermaid Ombre Hair DIY Video: Hey Jillian YouTube Debut!

I had set today as my deadline for starting my YouTube channel, and I made it! Happy solstice y'all; in celebration I present to you my tutorial video of how to get gorgeous and fun mermaid hair for summer. I honestly think ANYONE can look great with wild colored hair; so if you've been meaning to try it but you're not sure if you can pull it off, or that you can afford it, I am here to tell you you can and you can.
